  • apply for SOSORT and/or IRSSD Membership

Please note to be considered eligible for the member fees:

A SOSORT member must have paid due for the 2015-2016 year.

An IRSSD member must have attended one of the latest two IRSSD meetings (Japan or Poland).

Accompanying person
An accompanying person is a traveling companion not participating in the conference or courses but wanting to take meals with the conference participants. The fee covers the cost of all the meals included for the conference participants. (Will receive an "accompanying person" badge to be used to access meals).

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Terms & Conditions

Registration fees must be paid in full prior to the start date of the event. Registrants will not be allowed to attend until the balance is paid in full.

Changes to registration are subject to a 15% administrative fee. For additional information about registrations, contact sosortirssd@gmail.com

Cancellations & Refunds

Notice of all cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations/refunds requests should be received in writing on or before April 24th, 2016.
  • Cancellations prior to this date will result in refund of amount paid, less 15% administrative fee.
  • No cancellations will be refunded as on or after April 25th, 2016.
  • There is a "no show, no refund" policy in effect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days post conference, in Canadian funds.
  • Refunds will be credited only to the credit card used for the original payment.
  • The cancellations & refunds policies apply equally to the clinical pre-meeting course, the scientific meeting and the post-conference course.
